Test Bifrost in Sandbox
Install Bifrost in a Business Central sandbox and ask your first question. No risk to live data.
What you do
- Install Bifrost Foundation from Microsoft AppSource
- Run the setup wizard in Business Central
- Give consent in Microsoft Entra ID
- Connect your AI assistant, for example Microsoft Copilot or Claude
Done when: Bifrost answers your first question using your sandbox data.
Bifrost 101
A live session with our team. Learn what Bifrost can do and how to use it with your customers.
What you learn
- What Bifrost is and how it works
- The Bifrost suite: Foundation and the add-on apps
- How licensing works
- Permissions, protected fields and logs
- Use cases you can bring to your customers
Done when: You have joined the session and know how to use Bifrost.
Accept the partner agreement & activate Bifrost in production
Accept the partner agreement, then activate Bifrost in your production environment.
What you do
- Read and accept The App Channel partner agreement
- Install Bifrost in production
- Repeat the setup from your sandbox
Done when: The agreement is accepted and Bifrost runs in production.
Go Live
Invite your users and start working with Bifrost.
What you do
- Invite your users
- Each user connects their AI assistant and asks a first question
- Reach out to our team whenever you need help
Done when: Your users are working with Bifrost.

- A Business Central admin with SUPER permissions
- A Microsoft Entra admin (Global or Application Administrator) for the one-time consent

How long does onboarding take?
Most partners go live in 1 to 2 weeks. Your own time is about 2 to 3 hours in total.
When do I accept the partner agreement?
In step 3, before you activate Bifrost in production. You can test in a sandbox first.
Is Bifrost 101 live or recorded?
It is a live 60 minute session with our team, so you can ask questions along the way.
